A truly lovely lady who with her late husband, Wally, were such great friends of our family in Harpenden and subsequently to my mother once they had moved to Crowborough. A privilege to have known such a happy and active person and such a shame I have been unable to see her, because of circumstances, since both she and I had returned to the home counties in recent years.
